対象となるデータ

KUZENのWhatsApp連携サービスでは、サービス提供のために以下のデータを取得・保存する場合があります。

• WhatsAppアカウントに紐づく電話番号

• WhatsApp経由で送受信されたメッセージ内容

• メッセージの送信日時・配信ステータス

• ユーザープロフィール情報（表示名等）

データ削除のリクエスト方法

ご自身のデータの削除を希望される場合は、以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

件名に「データ削除リクエスト」とご記入ください。

リクエストの際は、以下の情報をお知らせください。

• ご利用のWhatsApp電話番号

• 削除を希望するデータの範囲（全データ、または特定のデータ）

対応期間

データ削除リクエストを受領後、30日以内に削除処理を完了いたします。削除完了後、ご登録のメールアドレスまたはお問い合わせいただいたメールアドレス宛に完了通知をお送りします。

ご注意事項

• データの削除は取り消すことができません。削除後にデータを復元することはできませんのでご了承ください。

• 法令に基づき保持が義務付けられているデータについては、該当する保持期間の経過後に削除いたします。

• 削除リクエストの処理状況については、上記メールアドレスまでお問い合わせください。

User Data Deletion Request

Data We Collect

KUZEN's WhatsApp integration service may collect and store the following data to provide our services:

• Phone numbers associated with your WhatsApp account

• Message content sent and received via WhatsApp

• Message timestamps and delivery status

• User profile information (display name, etc.)

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at the following email address:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

When submitting your request, please provide:

• Your WhatsApp phone number

• The scope of data you wish to delete (all data, or specific data)

Processing Time

We will complete the deletion process within 30 days of receiving your data deletion request. Once the deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration or the email address you used to contact us.

Important Notes

• Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

• Data that is required to be retained by law will be deleted after the applicable retention period expires.
